Sian Kilner is a Director of Kilner Planning. She is a graduate of the University of Oxford and of University College, London. She is a Chartered Surveyor and Chartered Town Planner with public and private sector experience. She worked at GVA Grimley for ten years and was a Partner in their London office. Before establishing Kilner Planning, she was head of Planning and Development Consultancy and a Partner at Smith-Woolley. Over this time, she has advised on a large number of appeals and has worked with some 25 institutions across the UK on the development of strategies, project proposals, capital bids and value for money studies.
